If your entrepreneurial skills enable you to start and grow your own company you can be the CEO even if your are illiterate. However if you are so fortunate to do this it is a good idea to hire people with college degrees and surround yourself with intelligent, capable, reputable people. That will help you stay in a position to keep hiring the best and improving your company.
