    why would short …
    why would short sales be a scam? realtors do short sales! it saves the family from foreclosure which which would be as bad if not worse than bankruptcy.

    you should read the …
    you should read the comments in order BEFORE making one. *NEWSFLASH* this isn’t Argentina and its not the 1700′s. and I’ll ask you the same thing, what does that have to do with foreclosure listing? which is what the video is about.

    What does that have …
    What does that have to do with a person getting a foreclosure listing? Secondly, put 2 and 2 together. I don’t agree with the bailouts but if aig,gm, and etc. go out, then how’s that family going to live with mom and dad not having a job? that uneducated family has the responsibility of getting educated,
    don’t run out and get an adj. rate mortgage not knowing what it means. suppose there were no bailouts, then you would have massive job loss. which means even more foreclosures on top of these.

    there’s always been …
    there’s always been poor and homeless people and in this country I’ve never heard of them burning anybody’s home down. It sounds like your logic is ‘don’t make a lot money’. Guess what? When your loved ones pass away, the casket they go in, IS SOLD TO YOU FOR A PROFIT, and just as a surgeon will not operate on you unless they are being paid, and foreclosed homes are no different. In this country you get paid for solving problems even the bad situations. That’s how it works.

    * think about that*

    Man those are …
    Man those are ignorant comments. For one those struggling people should have did their research before blindly running out to buy a home they couldn’t afford. If you want to make dumb choices, I will make money off of you every time. Granted, there are some struggling people losing their homes but most of this is uneducated buyers. but both Struggling and uneducated homeowners thank me for buying their problem.

    *think about it*

    Huh? There are a …
    Huh? There are a lot of homes in foreclosure and the numbers will only grow. Many folks are just walking away from the mortgages and the banks many of which are small local banks who loaned the money in good faith are stuck holding the bag.

    You think it’s bad for someone who wants to own a home to come along and buy a foreclosed home? Many of these homes are empty and wasting away. If you’re in the market for a home buying one from foreclosure isn’t “Bad” it’s Smart and a win-win.

    Bad time to be a seller, great time to be a buyer.

    Real estate prices are nowhere near their bottom. 30% off yesteryear’s hyperinflated prices is nothing.
