Towards the top of the MLS listing, what does the "ER/FS" stand for under "List Type / Service Type"?
Under "Additional Property Information", what does the "R/O" stand for?
ER/FS stands for Exclusive Rights to Sell/Full Service. Basically the broker is given exclusive rights to sell the property. They do the marketing, get the offers, present to sellers, etc….
R/O could be range/oven or reverse osmosis water filter

"ER/FS" refers to "Exclusive Rights/Full Service". Brokerage holds Exclusive Rights (Sometimes called Exclusive Rights to Sell – as in ERTS/FS) to represent the seller(s) in the marketing and sales activities of the listed property. Full Service refers to the responsibilities of the Brokerage in such a listing.
"R/O" refers to Range-Oven in kitchen amenities.
