Can we buy a house with an FHA loan if MLS listing says possible financing is CONV and ICON?

What if it is a bank owned home?

You can make an offer to purchase under any terms, it is up to the seller to determine if your terms are acceptable (not the listing).

If the home is for sale, it should not matter to the sellers where the money is coming from. They may not spell out FHA because they may fear the FHA of old.

Any inspection issues were usually dealt with by the seller. these days, they’ve eased up on their policies.
